My hard drive had crashed and they were able to come out the same day to take a look at it. Within 2 business days, I had an up and running computer. They even loaded the programs I had on the last computer. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is great! This is my second time using them and have been happy with both experiences.

I ordered a custom computer from Neal, and I am incredibly happy with what I received. Not only am I thrilled with the computer, but the service was top-notch; he tested out everything to make sure it was working properly and installed all the programs that I would need.

I would highly recommend Kure Computer Repair for all your computer problems. I called them with a very unspecific problem, unsure if they could diagnose and fix it. First, they worked with my schedule to find a time that worked for me. Next they took the computer to run a complete diagnostic on it. Malware scans, updates, cleanups, the whole 9 yards. When Neal found the problem (overheating CPU), he was able to install a brand new heat sink and retool the case fans, lowering the operating temperature by an average of 20-25C! Three days after I gave them a difficult problem, I had my computer back, better and cooler than ever before.

If you have any kind of problem with your computer, call them and let them take care of you too. Affordable prices, excellent customer service, and regular updates throughout the process. Neal, thank you again for all your help.

We just had the great experience of having Neal Lambert in our home for several hours (4-5 at least) where he repaired two laptops for us. The amount of work required was much more than he anticipated yet his price and service was great.
In addition, he knew that I was leaving town early in the morning so he came back later and only left when the work was complete. Again, he asked for no more money, just wanted to get the service done and done right.
If our market had more people like Neal in it it would be in much better shape than it currently is.

I read the reviews – they were so good that I decided to call. But I still had my doubts- after all… anyone can write a review, right? Well, from the start, Neal was just great. He came out the very same day and had my networking problem taken care of in no time. My laptop is in even better shape than it was before. He really is as good as the reviews said that he is. We’ll be contacting him in the future for all of our computer needs. I highly recommend this service.

Neil came out to repair my laptop after ordering the part I needed a week earlier. I was very impressed in the workmanship of the repair. He had my laptop up and running in just 35 minutes. While he was at my home I had him take a look at my desktop, which I had not been able to log-on to for over a month. Neil had the desktop working the same day. He refreshed my home network and setup my wireless printer as well. Additionally, the repair cost was very reasonable, much cheaper than the competition. I will be telling all my friends about my experience with Kure Computer Repair and it’s owner, Neil. Thanks again Neil for your help!

Just a Quick note concerning the BEST up and coming computer Service and repair Co. that is here in the valley (Kure Computer Repair). These guys are the best.I was having problems with my computer and my business can not function without it. They came To my house and fixed the problem at a very resonable price unlike the guys that I took it to the last time,they charged me an arm and a leg–and didn’t explain what was happening they just wanted the cash. Kure Computer Repair was very professional explained what was going on answered all my question. Best of all they got me up and running fast. “Over the weekend I downloaded some malware onto my computer which caused all kinds of problems. I spent Monday morning going through the yellow pages with all the promotional coupons and ads. Too many choices!!!! I then decided to look on the internet and read what others had written about the computer repair businesses in my immediate area. I found Kure Computer Repair on a Yahoo business page and read nothing but positive responses. I emailed them with the problem and and asked them to contact me.

Later that morning I got an email back, phoned them and scheduled a pickup time. He picked it up at 5:00 PM and had it back by 9:00 PM the same evening better than new. It now runs better than the day I bought it, the malware is gone and everything works great.
